As the Vice President of Finance for SNF, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing financial operations within our organization's corporate framework. Vice President of Finance for SNF's role requires a strategic financial mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with the overall organizational objectives. Vice President of Finance for SNF's will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to drive the region's financial success.

Job Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a financial leadership role, as a VP or similar position for a company serving nursing homes

- Strong background in governmental accounting and financial management

- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Oversee and manage the financial operations of multiple regions

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards, including IFRS and IAS

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the regions

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for cost savings

- Supervise accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collection of payments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
