Guthrie Community Credit Union (GCCU): seeks a Vice President of Finance: with extensive experience managing and leading a finance and accounting division. The incoming executive will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of the financial reporting, developing financial strategies, and monitoring financial markets while maintaining the Credit Union's financial health.

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Vice President of Finance will ensure the Credit Union's finances support the strategic initiatives the President/CEO and Board of Directors have established. The incumbent will gather and manage the reporting of accounts, systems, policies, and procedures following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The Vice President of Finance will develop, coordinate, and maintain an accounting system and manage the budgeting process and Asset Liability Management platform to include direct oversight of the Investment Portfolio.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, plus five years of experience (preferably in a financial institution) emphasizing accounting reconciliation and financial reporting. A minimum of two years of previous supervisory experience with an in-depth knowledge of GAAP and Credit Union regulations and financial reporting is required. This individual will possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills while bringing a collaborative style of management and communication with individuals at all levels of the organization.
