Reporting to the Head of Communications Enablement, the Vice President, Creative Services will manage a multidisciplinary creative team with oversight of our design, event services, and production capabilities. This encompasses event management and video operations, including studio and field production and live event streaming. In this leadership role, you will partner across Enterprise Employee Communications and Corporate Communications, and senior communications leadership to influence, determine and deliver creative events and assets that resonate with our audiences. The person in this role will establish a creative vision and lead a team of technical experts, while creating an inclusive, collaborative, and productive team culture. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: Cultivate a culture that drives innovative storytelling and visualization and inspires the team to bring creative briefs to life, with an eye on creativity, timely execution and delivery. Be insights informed to ensure relevancy of content and medium across our audiences, and flexible to evolve approaches as necessary while managing stakeholder expectations. Collaborate closely with content creators and strategists to implement companywide cross-platform engagement campaigns, event staging and experiences, as well as supporting collateral materials and other design-related projects. Partner with teams to define, conceptualize, and prioritize creative projects, balancing strategic investments across creative programs. Manage relationships with outsourced vendors including agencies, design resources, and or freelancers as appropriate. Accountable for the scope of work, budgets, and timelines. Create compelling video and digital assets that bolster our ability to connect with partners in an engaging and simplified way that resonates and reinforces business priorities. Initiate or adopt standard process approaches to enhance our event services capabilities, as well as tools to manage event and production schedules and human and technical resources to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations. Concept and support large scale engagement opportunities, including event staging and partner engagement experiences. Supervise video production and live broadcasts from strategy to execution across channels to ensure creative excellence and cohesion. Be responsible for and maintain production facilities, including tech infrastructure and upgrades, as well as the approach to media asset management. Partner with production teams to define, conceptualize, and prioritize creative projects, while aligning to company design standards and guidelines to ensure advancement of clear, engaging materials. Build and cultivate a successful working partnership with Prudential’s Corporate Events team and AV teams for owned or rented event spaces. What you’ll need: 12 years of professional experience in a creative role including 5 or more years leading a creative services team. Ability to conceptualize and implement conversation-yielding creative. Proven ability to easily translate our goals into creative communications strategies. Curiosity for technology and the ongoing evolution of best practices for design, event management and video production. It’d be a plus if you had: Experience building and maintaining partner relationships, particularly in a hybrid environment. Bachelor’s degree in any field of academic rigor, advanced degree in a relevant field of study is preferred, but not required with proven experience and track record of achievement.
