Vice-President of Operations

Full-Time Position

Hidden River Credit Union, a 220-million-dollar credit union located in Pottsville, PA is currently seeking a Vice-President of Operations to join our growing team. The Vice-President of Operations is responsible for leading the retail operations team and meeting member service objectives.

• Reports to the CEO.
• Knowledge of the Symitar core system.
• Supervises, directs, and coordinates all operations staff and daily activities.
• Ensures operational compliance with regulatory directives.
• Responsible for all facets of member service, transaction activity, and delivering quality member service experience.
• Supervises branch activities and is responsible for all credit union related products and services.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related work experience. Or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Banking or financial institution experience, credit union experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience 3-5 years
