As a Vice President at JM Search, you are responsible for full lifecycle search management, including client management and will begin to contribute to business development through lead generation within the search process. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle search management, including client management.
• Begin Contributing to business development through lead generation within the search process.
• Database compliance and rigor around search excellence.
• Internal client management – keeping internal stakeholders updated.
• Interpreting clients needs into the appropriate candidate profile.
• Candidate identification and assessment via the interview process along with formal and informal referencing.
• Full participation on update calls, presenting candidates to the client.
• Generate leads by asking appropriate questions throughout the execution process, referencing, etc.
• Closing a candidate, navigating the offer process and negotiation.
• Depth and breadth of industry/function to clearly articulate nuanced ideas and topics.
• Adept at client management; achieving trusted client advisor status with client(s).
• Leadership demonstrated through coaching, guiding, and/or mentoring other JMS employees.
• Area of specialization identified and developing.
• Ability to bring in business via repeat work and/or new client acquisition.
• Demonstrated inclusiveness and leadership through coaching, guiding, and/or mentoring other JMS employees.
• Has an area of specialization identified and developing. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
