Responsibilities:
Deliver Outstanding Research: Lead your team to excel in qualitative research, utilizing your project management expertise and proficiency in various methodologies to exceed client expectations.
Drive Commercial Success: Bring in revenue from new and existing accounts, spearhead business development efforts, and oversee projects from RFP to client delivery. Identify opportunities to collaborate with our consultancy arm.
Empower Your Team: Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing support to your team members, guiding them through their career paths and ensuring their success.
Strategic Leadership: As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will contribute to the development and execution of our business strategy, collaborating closely with the President and other global leaders.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in supplier-side market research, with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
