To artfully articulate and propel the True Rx Health Strategists brand, solutions, and services into the limelight, gaining a decisive competitive advantage in the market.

Partnering with leaders across the organization, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving national brand recognition, driving new client acquisition, ensuring client retention, and fostering employee attraction and retention objectives.

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Marketing and Communications Leadership: Create, implement, and measure the success of a dynamic marketing, communications, and corporate relations program.. Lead the Marketing team, fostering an engaging culture that values performance, teamwork, innovation, and personal growth.
• Holistic Marketing Strategies: Define and execute all marketing strategies, including campaigns, tactics, content, and deliverables. Focus on advancing brand development, channel marketing (digital/social), public relations, media relations, and partner development.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure clear and consistent use of the True Rx Health Strategists brand image, messaging, and position. Educate, engage, and immerse employees in the brand, building upon current initiatives in brand development and competitive differentiation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Client Services, and People Culture teams to achieve respective goals. Navigate constraints and tradeoffs efficiently to meet corporate and divisional objectives.
• Innovation and Customer Experience: Define, develop, and deploy innovative solutions by refining customer and client experiences. Understand business partner, patient benefits communication, and HR needs to stay ahead of the curve.
• Internal Alignment: In partnership with the People Culture team, guide internal communications, talent attraction/recruiting, and the employee experience.

What You Bring:

• 10 years experience in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preference for marketing or a related field of study.
• Proven understanding of B2B marketing with significant ROI successes.
• Analytical prowess to determine strategies for introducing the True Rx brand into new markets and audiences.
• Experience in brand development and implementation.
• Proficiency in conducting meaningful surveys and focus groups.
• Accomplished implementer contributing to client engagement and revenue-producing goals.
• Strategic thinker with a long-term planning approach and commitment to True Rx’s mission, goals, and team.
• Relationship builder with flexibility and finesse to manage by influence and work collaboratively with all constituent groups.
