Combined Food Preparation and Service Worker jobs in Columbus, OH

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
• (NO NIGHTS / NO WEEKENDS... EVER!)

General Job Outline:

• Trim, weigh and measure cuts of Pork and Beef for each sausage recipe.
• Prep Pork and Beef cuts for the current and next days production.
• Compile and stage seasonings and other ingredients for each batch.
• Operate hoists, mixers, grinders and sausage push carts during production.
• Cross train in all departments to help fill gaps when needed.

General Requirements:

• Must have a dependable form of transportation.
• Must be able to meet schedule requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers during the entirety of their shift.
• The team member must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds during their shift.

Education Requirements:

• High School or Equivalent

Experience:

• Food Service: 1 year (Preferred but not necessary)
