Commercial Credit Analyst collects, reviews, and analyzes data to prepare a detailed credit analysis that evaluates the terms and creditworthiness of commercial loan applications. Uses multiple sources of information, including financial statements, collateral appraisals, credit scores, and cash flow analysis, to assign risk ratings to loans and complete an analysis of the applicant's financial status. Being a Commercial Credit Analyst calculates debt-to-income (DTI) ratios to evaluate an applicant's ability to repay the loan. Prepares credit memos in a standardized format that includes key ratios, supporting information, an executive summary, and objective recommendations. Additionally, Commercial Credit Analyst presents credit reports to loan officers and loan committees. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Commercial Credit Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Officer to be located in our Palatka FL office in the northern region of the Farm Credit of Florida footprint.
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for business development strategies, loan growth, and developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships.
You will be responsible for:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Agriculture; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a commercial loan officer in a financial institution. Agriculture- related credit related work is a plus.
