Seeking Experienced Commercial GC Superintendent

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

• Minimum 5 years experience as a GC Superintendent on projects ranging from $1-10MM.
• Proficient in pre-planning of subcontractors, ordering of jobsite materials, look ahead scheduling, electronic daily reports using HH2 throughout the entire project and cost control
• Complete understanding of plans, specifications, shop drawings and subcontractor trades and scopes of work
• Proficient in blueprint comprehension and interpretation of building foundations, structural/architectural layouts, and elevations
• Strong technical, communication and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to manage and organize subcontractors, suppliers and employees while staying on schedule and within budget
• Ability to train and supervise laborers efficiently while coordinating schedules and trades
• Adept in quality control; as well as safety management, ADA requirements, OSHA and L&I compliance standards
• Skilled in carpentry, woodworking, concrete form work and metal stud layout/framing
• Skilled in operating various heavy equipment and machinery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
