Commercial Leasing Manager jobs in Bridgeport, CT

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 400,000 sf commercial building with 100 tenants in Fairfield County.
• Strategize and implement ways to improve property performance.
• Establish effective communication with tenants.
• Focus on A/R.
• Initial approvals for A/P
• Manage vendors and ensure proper insurance and paperwork.
• Implement internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee and motivate maintenance staff for optimal property performance.
• Assign work orders.
• All other tasks as assigned by senior manager.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of commercial real estate property management experience required.
• Experience providing outstanding problem solving, management and customer service.
• Highly proficient in Windows and Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and mobile technology
• Familiarity with AppFolio software a plus.
• Quick learner and self-starter
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain State of CT Real Estate Salesperson license within 3 months of employment.

Pay: From $63,000.00 per year, based on experience
