Commercial Leasing Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards. Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Being a Commercial Leasing Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department. Additionally, Commercial Leasing Manager develops and implements polices and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department. Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Leasing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.     Project Manager:

    We are looking for Project Managers for our Field Operations Team. The Project Manager's responsibilities include leading multiple move/install crews, loading/packing /installing and other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Learn and adhere to safety and rules and regulations
    • Push, pull and lift Various Commercial products
    • Intimate knowledge of equipment and procedures for moving
    • Keep a clean and safe working environment
    • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers and clients
    • Keep operations team and sales team updated of job completion via email
    • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
    • Loading and un-loading trucks and trailers
    • Intimate knowledge of securing trucks using the E-Track system
    • Train new team members in proper moving/installing techniques
    • Be a brand ambassador
    • Managing multiple crews for profitability, damages, safety and accuracy of assigned jobs
    • Maintaining accuracy and turning in paperwork for assigned jobs
    • Be in proper uniform and clean cut
    • Able to problem solve and relay solutions to crew
    • Report directly to Executive management team about assigned jobs

    Compensation:

    • Annual salary $75k
    • Pay is commensurate with experience

    Requirements:

    • Can lift 30-50 lbs. comfortably
    • Previous experience moving, loading, and securing cargo
    • 2 – 4 years of verifiable experience in a management position preferably in Construction
    • Excellent communication skills – MS Proficient
    • Experience with installing commercial office equipment
    • Must know how to conduct business in the field with tact and diplomacy

    Preferred:

    • 5 years of experience in the commercial moving and storage industry
    • 2 years of Box Truck Driving Experience
    • 5 years managing people and jobsites
