Commercial Leasing Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards. Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Being a Commercial Leasing Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department. Additionally, Commercial Leasing Manager develops and implements polices and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department. Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Leasing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Commercial Leasing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary
    An Account Manager is responsible for the development of new equipment leasing customers and maintaining an understanding of each client’s equipment financing needs. This role requires thoughtful strategy, disciplined prospecting efforts, rapport building skills, and an ability to uncover and close business opportunities.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Create a go to market strategy to guide prospecting efforts;
    • Prospect for & close new business within a defined geography;
    • Develop relationships with potential lessees, equipment vendors, and banks;
    • Provide bi-weekly sales updates to management;
    • Populate the CRM (Salesforce.com) with prospecting and meeting notes;
    • Create and deliver lease proposals to clients;
    • Acquire all necessary client information for credit analysis;
    • Understand the Master Lease Agreement and associated lease documentation;
    • Manage current customer relationships to serve their accounts and provide continued equipment leasing support;
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements
    • A dedicated and hard worker who is motived by winning;
    • Three or more years of successful sales experience in equipment leasing;
    • Assertive, outgoing, and excellent communication skills;
    • An open-minded team player who is open to others’ ideas;
    • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
