We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Real Estate Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leasing our commercial properties, contributing to our ongoing success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective tenants for available commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours and showings to showcase available spaces to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements to secure new tenants and renewals.
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to develop leasing strategies and promotional materials.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and tenant requirements to inform leasing decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of [2] years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
• Proven track record of successfully leasing commercial properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
