What You'll Do:

· Lead and inspire a high-performing B2B sales team, driving growth and nurturing client relationships.

· Set clear targets and monitor progress, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.

· Provide meticulous sales forecasting and contribute to the expansion of our Business-to-Business segment.

· Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers, fostering strategic relationships with developers, engineers, and project managers.

· Craft and deliver compelling proposals and bids while comprehensively understanding our industry and potential customer base.

· Implement strategic plans with unwavering drive and energy, optimizing negotiation and organizational skills.

· Establish and maintain crucial Key Account relationships while streamlining top-notch sales processes.

Experience: 5 years of demonstrable success in B2B sales coupled with 5 years of team management.
