Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Janitorial Manager to oversee our janitorial staff and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of janitorial staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned on a regular basis
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that all supplies are stocked and available when needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and ensure that all janitorial staff are trained in proper safety procedures
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Respond to and resolve any cleaning-related issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all cleaning tasks have been completed to the highest standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff, and provide exceptional customer service
• Cover open shifts if needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
