Commercial Leasing Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards. Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Being a Commercial Leasing Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department. Additionally, Commercial Leasing Manager develops and implements polices and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department. Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Leasing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Commercial Leasing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • The F&B Manager is a key member of the management team and is directly responsible for the oversight of all food & beverage operations at the property. This includes implementing budgets and the hiring, training, and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. The F&B Manager will apply all of their experience and knowledge to ensure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.


    General Purpose: Manages daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to guest satisfaction and customer service, personnel, menu mix, ordering, vendor preference, food production, inventory, and catering functions.


    Essential Duties:

    • Supervises inventories of materials and supplies for the outlet. Maintains par levels based on facility needs.
    • Assures that all venues are stocked and ready for service daily.
    • Maintains all wine and beverage programs and assures a balanced offering in all ranges - including banquets.
    • Plans and implements monthly wine, beer, or spirits events.
    • Assists all department heads with any wine needs they need for special events.
    • Assists with monthly beverage inventory.
    • Covers the managers' days off.
    • Maintains regular communication with the Director of Golf and Head Professional to ensure operational objectives are met. Coordinates all group events through the Golf Tournament Coordinator.
    • Inspect facility regularly to ascertain any maintenance, repairs, or clean-up needs. Ensures all equipment is in proper working order, including beverage carts.
    • Completes reports on production and necessary requisitions. Controls the distribution of necessary supplies.
    • Administers menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control procedures, and end-of-month inventory.
    • Ensures sanitation standards are consistently met.
    • Coordinates menu planning with Executive Chef.
    • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    • Manages department members that may include, but are not limited to: Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, and Server.
    • Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate. Develop ongoing training programs.
    • Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs, and other expenses.
    • Regular and reliable attendance.
    • 5 days a week, 45-50 hours per week.
    • Winter season coverage in the bar and banquets.
    • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

    Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Physical Demands: Frequently stands, walks, talks, or hears. Occasionally sits, uses hands, reaches with arms and hands, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Regularly tastes or smells. Regularly lifts to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts to 50 pounds. Environment/Noise: Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. The noise level is moderate.


    Certificates/Licenses: Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training, Alcohol Awareness Training


    Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

    • Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the job duties (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, and the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
    • Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.

    • Salary ranges from $67,724.80/yr - $72000/yr DOE plus quarterly bonus
