Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Loan Officer to join our team at Greenly Mortgage in Fairlawn, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, providing expert guidance throughout the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Educate clients on available loan products and recommend the most suitable options.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation and completing paperwork.
• Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates on loan status.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at every stage of the loan process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and procedures.
• Proven track record of successfully closing mortgage loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage loan origination software.
