We are looking to hire 1-2 enthusiastic, driven and goal-oriented Business Development Representatives to generate leads and assist the sales team in success. As a Business Development Representative at WM, being able to effectively communicate with potential customers is a key attribute.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Generating qualified leads for sales team.
• Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
• Building relationships with potential customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and meetings.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.

Business Devlopment Representative Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven Business Development Experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software.
• Strong consultive sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
