    Overview:

    Our client is leading player in commercial construction solutions, is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Commercial Project Manager to join our expanding team. In this remote-based role, with occasional office days in Pleasantville, Tennessee, you will spearhead business development efforts and oversee key projects in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, motor mediation, and concrete leveling.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development:
    • Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial sector, specializing in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and related services.
    • Foster relationships with engineers, contractors, and site preparation general contractors.
    • Conduct insightful market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

    2. Project Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end management of commercial projects, ensuring quality outcomes and timely delivery.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities.
    • Apply industry expertise to address client needs and provide effective, tailored solutions.

    3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
    • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

    4. Technical Expertise:
    • Leverage deep knowledge of foundation repair, concrete leveling, shotcrete, micropiles, and water mitigation to present specialized solutions to clients.
    • Collaborate with technical experts to ensure accurate project assessment and the development of well-informed proposals.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in business development and project management within the construction or related industry.
    • Familiarity with foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, concrete leveling, and associated services.
    • Strong comprehension of commercial construction processes, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and site visits.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

    Compensation:

    This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a target range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives.
