    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a customer service-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to assist the team with providing a great experience to clients up front! This person must be experienced with working with borrowers, running credit, calculating income, and running LP/DU. They will also be gathering initial documentation and setting up a complete file to submit to Operations. This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once, and has excellent time management.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Maintain borrower and realtor relationships.
    • Work up applications.
    • Schedule appointments/calls for the Loan Officer
    • Manage the internal CRM database.
    • Various other tasks assigned by the Loan Officer to support the team.
    • Run LP and DU
    • Pre-qualify/Pre-approve borrowers upfront.
    • Gather initial documentation and put together a complete file to submit to Operations.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Experience in Encompass is preferred but not required.
    • Experience running LP and DU
    • Experience pre-qualifying/pre-approving and structuring a loan file.
    • Positive and team player attitude
    • Customer service-centric and passionate about providing an exceptional level of service.
    • Working knowledge of RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.
    • Excellent math and analytical skills.
    • Excellent problem solving/creative thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.
    Pay Range:
    • $17.00-$22.00
