    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who excels in generating new business opportunities through cold calling and door-to-door sales. The successful candidate will be adept at nurturing and building strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth. This position is highly performance based with incentives and commissions with uncapped earning potential. You will be working in the commercial cleaning space and will build a book of business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling and door-to-door strategies to identify and approach potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.

    Sales Execution: Convert prospects into active clients by effectively presenting solutions and closing sales.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Market Research: Continuously research and identify new market opportunities to expand the client base.

    Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

    Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer needs, and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

    Qualifications:

    2 years of sales experience

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

    Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Ability to communicate Spanish is a plus!

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
