About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Collateral Management Insurance and Tax as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. The Collateral Management team is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of insurance and tax related to secured loans. Ensures collateralized loans are properly insured and meets standards described by Wells Fargo Policy. Monitors ongoing activities related to insurance and tax, collaborating with internal and external partners to identify discrepancies and/or resolve issues. In this role, you will: Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks Act as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursements Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Gathering and reviewing Insurance information or searches from a wide variety of internal and external sources Required Qualifications: 2 years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Insurance experience Experience reviewing and interpreting hazard insurance policies as they apply to collateral secured loans Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills Commercial loan experience Ability to review and interpret complex commercial loan documents Loan servicing experience Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Job Expectations: Ability to work additional hours as needed Posting End Date: 5 Mar 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
