    We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Full-Time Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in McDonough County. The successful candidate must have good attention to detail, be able to perform work accurately, be customer oriented, and have good time management skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to servicing commercial loans, maintaining accurate electronic credit files, ticklers, and checklists. Along with completing second reviews of flood searches, initiating appraisal request, title work and lein searches.

    Job Functions:

    • Maintains accurate electronic credit files and documentation.
    • Maintains checklists for new commercial loans to ensure proper documentation and compliance when loan closes.
    • Completes second review of flood searches.
    • Manages commercial loan ticklers. Including tracking and requesting updated financial information, identifying and working on outstanding items.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required. Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred. Field of study: business, finance, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in banking/finance. Loan experience preferred. Knowledge of general accounting principles.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly and independently, detail oriented, and tactful.
    • Proficiency with common Windows based software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe).
