Job Summary:
Seeking an assistant to join our Division 8 team.
Division 8 includes hollow metal doors/frames, wood doors, hardware. No experience necessary, willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Type up quotes to send to contractors. Follow up with contractors to see if we are to proceed with quotes.
- Print approvals & upload to server for project manager to review.
- Use PRO-TECH (door & hardware estimating software) to update door/frame drawings, review locations/swings, enter quote numbers, enter PO numbers, etc .
- Place orders for hardware.
- Correspond/reply to contractors & customers in timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues. Follow up or give reminders to your team members to see what you can do to get customer issues resolved.
- Send keys via certified mail. Ship small items via FedEx.
