Provides operational guidance to loan officers and approves requests for loans beyond the officers' approval limits. Being a Commercial Loan Manager may personally handle the most complex loans and most difficult credit approvals. Adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Additionally, Commercial Loan Manager builds a high-performance lending team with individual mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Loan Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Loan Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Senior Special Request Analyst will be primarily responsible for reviewing and analyzing various loan and servicing documents to determine the viability of requests and the underlying consent paths and coordinating consent matters with Borrowers, external Servicers, and Servicing peers and management. Borrower consents that this position will be responsible for processing include leasing activities, property management changes, alterations/partial releases of collateral, reserve releases, franchise changes, maturity extensions, and other routine consent matters. Primary customers include other servicing entities, Legal Counsel (Internal/External), Borrowers, Senior Management, Client Relation Managers and Production and Investment Sales.
