Commercial Loan Manager manages a team of commercial loan officers to build commercial loan business within a designated market. Provides operational guidance to loan officers and approves requests for loans beyond the officers' approval limits. Being a Commercial Loan Manager may personally handle the most complex loans and most difficult credit approvals. Adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Additionally, Commercial Loan Manager builds a high-performance lending team with individual mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Loan Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Loan Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Commercial Construction Project Manager and Estimator is responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with preferred experience in Project Management Software.
    • Strong organizational skills, capable of creating and managing multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
    • Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.
    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and community stakeholders.
    • Must have an approved driving record, valid drivers license and meet insurability standards.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Compile and prepare budgets, cost estimates, values engineering services, and other financial projections.
    • Develop and update the construction project management plan in collaboration with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitate design and construction meetings.
    • Supervise and monitor progress of construction projects, providing regular reports on timelines, progress, and necessary adjustments.
    • Participate in negotiations and the preparation of client and project subcontracts.
    • Coordinate the procurement and management of materials and equipment, aligning with project schedule requirements.
    • Generate internal reports and projections for inventory management purposes.
    • Collaborate with the project superintendent to establish and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that ensures timely project completion as requested by the client.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations.
    • Oversee project execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the high-quality standards upheld by Kaufman Commercial.
    • Prepare, distribute, and collect client pay requests for assigned projects.
    • Perform other related tasks and duties as necessary to support successful project execution.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Wage: $95k - $135k DOE
