Our client is a community bank that is seeking to add a Commercial Loan Officer to their office in Sioux City, Iowa. This position can office out of South Sioux City, Nebraska as well. This individual will inherit a small portfolio and then will spend their time prospecting loans. The current loan portfolio for the branch is $50 million and is currently being covered by the Market President. The bank feels by adding another loan officer they will be able to grow the portfolio and free up the Market President. Typical loan is C& I or Commercial Real Estate. The size of credits they are prospecting are $250,000 to $2.5 million but they do have larger credits. We are seeking that true go-getter that likes to prospect new business, loves community involvement and understands credits. They would prefer someone local to the market or with ties.
