Being a Commercial Loan Officer approves loans within established limits or presents to loan committee for approval. Monitors and maintains existing commercial loan portfolio. Additionally, Commercial Loan Officer adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. May assist senior loan officers with larger or more complex loans. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Commercial Loan Officer work is closely managed. Loan Officer
The Loan Officer is responsible for processing home improvement financing applications for the Lending Center of the Center for Energy and Environment. This includes reviewing income, credit, property value, project eligibility and determining what program is the best for the applicant. This position provides core support to the participants of the Lending Center. As a function of overall program assistance, this position may also assist with overflow work assigned from other departments and programs within CEE.
