    The Commercial Construction Project Manager and Estimator is responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with preferred experience in Project Management Software.
    • Strong organizational skills, capable of creating and managing multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
    • Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.
    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and community stakeholders.
    • Must have an approved driving record, valid drivers license and meet insurability standards.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Compile and prepare budgets, cost estimates, values engineering services, and other financial projections.
    • Develop and update the construction project management plan in collaboration with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitate design and construction meetings.
    • Supervise and monitor progress of construction projects, providing regular reports on timelines, progress, and necessary adjustments.
    • Participate in negotiations and the preparation of client and project subcontracts.
    • Coordinate the procurement and management of materials and equipment, aligning with project schedule requirements.
    • Generate internal reports and projections for inventory management purposes.
    • Collaborate with the project superintendent to establish and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that ensures timely project completion as requested by the client.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations.
    • Oversee project execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the high-quality standards upheld by Kaufman Commercial.
    • Prepare, distribute, and collect client pay requests for assigned projects.
    • Perform other related tasks and duties as necessary to support successful project execution.

    • Must have approved background check.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Wage: $95k - $135k DOE
