    About the Role:

    As a Loan Closing Specialist, you'll serve as the linchpin for our real estate closing process. Working collaboratively with attorneys, bankers, and our development team, you'll be responsible for reviewing closing document requests and efficiently gathering the necessary information for each loan. Your meticulousness and strong communication skills will ensure all files are complete and submitted on time, propelling our projects forward.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review closing document requests: Analyze requests from various stakeholders, identifying the specific information required for each loan closing.
    • Gather pertinent information: Collaborate with relevant parties, including internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies, to acquire necessary documentation and data.
    • Maintain clear communication: Keep all parties informed of progress, address any questions, and ensure everyone is aligned on deadlines.
    • Facilitate document collection: Work directly with attorneys, bankers, and the development team to ensure all required documents are collected and organized efficiently.
    • Ensure timely submission: Meticulously review and track closing deadlines, ensuring all documents are submitted well in advance for a smooth closing process.
    • Maintain accurate records: Organize and maintain loan closing files effectively, ensuring easy access to all documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or paralegal studies
    • 3 years experience in real estate loan closing
    • Paralegal experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures and loan documentation requirements.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
