We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day collection and lending operations, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
- Assist in training development for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, managing office supplies, and processing invoices
- Manage schedules and calendars for executives and staff members
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
