We are seeking a creative, organized, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Sound Commercial Capital Group, Inc. as a Regional Loan Manager. We are a Commercial Loan Brokerage with a national presence. Be part of the team that works with the best commercial lenders in the nation. This is a unique opportunity to be successful and grow market share. This position will primarily be responsible for developing commercial loan referral sources and direct clients in need of loans. This is a commission only opportunity.

Help give input to crafting and implementing marketing communication initiatives by working with our marketing coordinator. Underwriting, administrative and marketing support tailored to group members. Company was founded by a longtime national SBA Loan and commercial loan industry leader. Sound Capital has a long and growing list of very active national commercial lenders.

This position requires a candidate with good financial and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial and/or SBA/USDA loans. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
Experience in commercial and/or SBA/USDA loans a must.

Very good interpersonal skills working with our internal support team is a needed.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational habits and communication skills
Self-starter who is able to work independently at home or office
Able to drive initiatives from beginning to end with minimal supervision
Articulate and creative with positive attitude
Good problem solving and a continuous drive for improvement
Flexible, motivated, hard working and willing to learn new skills
