LOAN REVIEW ANALYST - FULL TIME - SIOUX CENTER LOCATION

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a self motivated individual who will aid in the review of loan documents for boarding and policy exceptions. Review Ag, Commercial, and Real Estate loan files for proper documentation. You will work within our loan review department that will provide you with support and training. We are looking for someone with a fine attention to detail and strong communication skills.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WE CAN COUNT ON TO…
- Aid in the review of loan documents for boarding and policy exceptions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly board reports.
- Own our Small Business Data collection process.
- Review Ag, Commercial, and Real Estate loan files for proper documentation.
- Provide loan monitoring reports to management and staff.
- Assist with various loan review support projects.
- Perform other duties and acquire responsibilities as directed by management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS…
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or two to four years of related experience and/or training.
- Technical skills commensurate with current banking software.
- Microsoft excel or other spreadsheet software proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Learn new software systems.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Use organization skills while working on multiple tasks.
- Work as a team and help other in the department when needed.
- Self-starter.
