The successful candidate must have good attention to detail, be able to perform work accurately, be customer oriented, and have good time management skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to servicing commercial loans, maintaining accurate electronic credit files, ticklers, and checklists. Along with completing second reviews of flood searches, initiating appraisal request, title work and lein searches.
