Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities
• Market and promote properties through various channels, including advertisements and open houses
• Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately and negotiating the best terms for their sales or purchases
• Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
• Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices
