Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer jobs in Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to join our team in Monterey Park. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about commercial real estate lending and have the ability to develop new business and maintain relationships with potential clients.

$100,000 at plan earnings

• Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
• Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
• Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
• Determine appropriate pricing and loan structure
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing
• Assist in collection of accounts
• Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
• Establish and maintain relationship with loan brokers
• Attend CRE related events and networking mixers

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of commercial lending experience
• Strong credit analysis and accounting background
• Ability to analyze financial information
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong client relations skills
