Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. We specialize in identifying and growing business potential, leveraging management strengths and financial resources to strengthen the businesses we acquire.Marshall Crossing has a position open for an Part Time Clubhouse Attendant at its facility in Montrose, MI.Position Overview:Keeps premises of clubhouse grounds and pool area in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and assist customers and residents with various small requests.
- Drive company vehicle and/or golf cart as needed.
- Pool maintenance. Vacuum the pool and treat it with appropriate chemicals.
- Water flowers and flower containers around the pool and clubhouse.
- Keep flower containers and rock gardens free of weeds.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Closely monitor the pool area during the summer season and help to enforce pool rules.
- Janitorial duties as needed of clubhouse and pool area; such as vacuuming, carpet shampooing, mopping, dusting, sweeping & cleaning restrooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skillset include:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General computer skills are required for some online applications of his job.
