Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer jobs in Saint Louis, MO
Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Property Management Company is looking to hire part-time security guard to provide mobile patrols to a group of centrally located properties. Guards are unarmed and are not allowed to apprehend or detain persons. Duties will include:
- Mobile patrol - driving and foot patrol
- Taking calls from alarm companies and responding as necessary
- Escorting Tenants to vehicles as necessary
- Other light duties as determined by property manager
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license, will be required to pass the St. Louis County Private Security test, and will be required to submit to a background check and drug testing.
