Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. In coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members, the Make-Ready’s primary responsibility is to ensure all vacant apartments are restored to "market-ready" status on schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities- Inspect vacant apartments, prepare checklists for make-ready process.
- Inform Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager of needed services and repairs.
- Repair/replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, etc.
- Check appliances and inform Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager of status.
- Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartment.
- Make keys, change locks.
- Change A/C filters; Repair or replace ceiling fans, etc.
- Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replace as necessary.
- Perform surface repairs to sinks, tubs.
- Inspect bathroom tiles & perform minor repairs or replacements.
- Repair holes in walls; Assist with painting duties when requested; Transfer paint & supplies.
- Check all lights and replace as needed.
- Assist team with trash-out, keeping grounds clean.
- Report supply needs to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
QualificationsApartment maintenance, housekeeping, custodial or related experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Efficient with attention to detail.
