Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Associate to join our team as a Buyer's Agent, assisting clients with their property searches and purchases. Independent Contractor (10-99) position with generous (negotiable) commission splits.Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying process
