We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing and Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team at Whitney Commercial Real Estate. In this position, you will be responsible for developing initiatives to promote our commercial real estate properties, attract potential clients, and drive business growth. You will also be expected to be flexible and have the ability to balance many administrative tasks. Your creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and deep understanding of the commercial real estate market will be instrumental in achieving our marketing and administrative objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively promote commercial real estate properties, targeting prospective tenants, investors and business owners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
• Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website updates, social media content, and eblasts, that effectively showcase our commercial real estate portfolio and attract the attention of potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including leasing, sales, and property management, to develop integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives and support their specific needs.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, and sign management ensuring quality standards are met, and deadlines are achieved.
• Assist in entering properties and data in to multiple advertising portals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to propose innovative marketing solutions and maintain a competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A specialization in Real Estate Marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience (2 years) working in marketing and administrative office work, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as content management systems, email marketing tools, social media management, and website analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
