Our Property Dispositions team is hiring! You will be responsible for selling properties for the investment firm by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers, as well as in-person meet-ups with clients. We hire passionate, outgoing, motivated, goal-oriented, organized, customer-focused problem solvers who have great communication skills and a desire to earn more in a highly competitive, fast-paced sales environment. In addition to building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments and showing properties within the area.

• Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
• Negotiate property pricing
• Run comps on properties daily
• Host occasional showings
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities

• In-office and on-site
• Computer literate
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Not required but preferred (sales background)
