Commercial Real Estate Manager manages associates soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial real estate loans. Offers guidance and support to commercial real estate loan officers. Being a Commercial Real Estate Manager works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. Ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Manager authorizes loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Real Estate Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Real Estate Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities
- Assisting with interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
- Creating, implementing, and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
- Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents, and award subcontractors.
- Administering the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.

- Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
