Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of TN and GA
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Knowledge of property management and real estate administrative processes
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
