Commercial Real Estate Manager manages associates soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial real estate loans. Offers guidance and support to commercial real estate loan officers. Being a Commercial Real Estate Manager works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. Ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Manager authorizes loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Real Estate Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Real Estate Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Our Photographer and Courier Position:
The job description is that of setting up new property listings by taking pictures for a photo home tour and installing our for sale sign while at the property.
Right now we are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys the out doors, has no problem spending time on the road around town and presents a great first impression when meeting new people. This person must be experienced in photography, can handle a digital camera, technically astute in moving photos from a digital camera to a computer, able to capture angles and dimensions of a room or house exterior and able to move swiftly in doing so. They will be taking pictures of the new property listings we take on each day. This position also requires installing our for sale signs and digital key boxes on new property listings as well as taking them down when the property sells.
We will provide the new team member with a company vehicle for use on the job and cover the expenses for gas. It is very important the applicant live within 20 – 30 mins of the Killeen area as well.
