Responsibilities:

• Identify Off-Market Opportunities: Scout and research potential off-market real estate properties through various channels, including networking, cold calling, direct mail, online databases, and other innovative methods.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads, build a robust pipeline of off-market opportunities, and maintain a database of potential properties and their respective owners.
• Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Initiate and manage negotiations with property owners, investors, and other relevant parties to secure advantageous deals. Structure offers that align with both seller and company objectives.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, investors, and other industry contacts to leverage opportunities and enhance business networks.
• Market Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough market analysis and due diligence on potential properties to assess their investment potential and risks.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, deal progress, and other sales related key performance indicators to Braxton Hopkins, Partner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sourcing off-market opportunities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and databases for real estate research and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
