Commercial Real Estate Intern - Investment Sales
B6 Real Estate Advisors (“B6”) is seeking a college student intern to join our Investment Sales Team focusing on Hudson Yards, Midtown South & Koreatown. This is also an opportunity for students that want to continue to intern throughout the Fall semester.

As an Intern on the Investment Sales Team, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Perform feasibility analyses on investment properties and underwriting of property values.
- Research and collect comparable sales statistics.
- Create presentation materials for potential clients, marketing books, and neighborhood reports.
- Coordinate marketing efforts in your territory, including email blasts, postcards, direct mailers, and marketing reports.
- Research and categorize contact information for mailers.
- Receive, sort, and update all incorrect mailing addresses.
- Constant updating of building information (vacancies, trades, listings, rents, tenants, etc.)
- Updates on territory news - transportation news, community information, political figures, boards, etc.
- Potential to lead tours of investment properties to potential investors.
- Potential to handle incoming and outcoming phone calls with potential buyers and/or clients.
- Assist in managing social media pages.

Qualifications:
- Real estate salesperson license preferred but not immediately required to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Skilled in LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Eligible to work in the United States without required current or future visa sponsorship.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Potential to originate new business.
- Unquestioned integrity.
