Ideal candidate:

- Strong administrative and computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy; fast worker
- Excellent customer service, communication and follow-up skills
- Professional, courteous and able to interact with tenants in person, via phone and e-mail
- Strong work ethic, stable work history, good attendance and punctuality
