Commercial Real Estate Manager manages associates soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial real estate loans. Offers guidance and support to commercial real estate loan officers. Being a Commercial Real Estate Manager works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. Ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Manager authorizes loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.   • As the Hospitality Manager you can look forward to:

    • Responsible for all housekeeping tasks for our vacation rentals to include supervising and coordinating housekeepers, inspectors, and contractors to complete normal cleans between vacation guest, spring clean operations, check-ups before guest stays, and other tasks.
    • Responsible for supervising and assisting as needed in our laundry department that launders linens used in the vacation rentals.
    • Train and monitor housekeepers and inspectors to ensure the highest level of quality is provided to our guests and owners.
    • Work with owners to maintain and update their properties – will have assistance from property managers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and courteously to guest and owner issues that are elevated to your level.
    • Ability to work through difficult situations without lowering quality expectations.
    • Accountable for the performance of the housekeeping partners.
    • Recruit, Hire, and Train new cleaning partners as needed.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures associated with cleaning and staging.
    • Build a team of housekeeping staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and dismissal.
    • Monitor and address housekeeping staff performance issues.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Ability to work effectively and in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
    • Solid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as the business requires (40 hrs/week)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional appearance along with a positive attitude, be a team player and be willing to learn.
    • Prior experience with PMS Track a plus
    • Previous housekeeping management experience in the hospitality industry is required, preferably in the vacation rental space.
    • This role may require working out of our warehouse near Gordon Rd and Market, our Wrightsville Beach office, and in the field.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment, open to change, with a passion to raise the bar on quality.

    Physically you can anticipate to:

    • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
    • Exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
    • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
